"A 40-acre parcel of land recently annexed to Gahanna will be the site of the 2008 Parade of Homes.
The Building Industry Association of Central Ohio said it has tapped Manor Homes of Powell to develop 18 lots next year at Hannah Farms. The site is near the southwestern corner of Clark State and Reynoldsburg-New Albany roads. The company is donating almost 9 acres of wooded parkland to Gahanna, said Brad Yates, Manor Homes president.
